Nuri Akdeniz, Managing Broker of Silver Creek Realty LLC, is an accomplished real estate agent with 10 plus years of real estate sales and rental experience.  He has been working with Buyers, Sellers, and Real Estate Investors in the Chicagoland area.  His background in construction and engineering gives him a hands-up with his clients during the property search process.  His strengths are negotiating, property renovations, rental investments, and property management.

He has extensive experience in working with buyers and investors in renovating properties for re-sale or rental investments.

Nuri earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Celal Bayar University in Turkey and a Master of Construction Engineering and Management from Illinois Institute of Technology. His strong finance, construction, and engineering background, gives him the capacity to analyze real estate investments. His analytical abilities and innovative mindset allow him to thrive in negotiations and marketing strategies.  Nuri helps both buyers and sellers scrutinize the impact of real estate on their total balance sheet and net worth.

Nuri Akdeniz established Silver Creek Realty in 2014 after working for other real estate brokerage firms.   He currently holds and maintains a Managing Broker License from State of Illinois.
